LUFT LAW is operated by Jarosław Fejdasz, Kancelaria Adwokacka Jarosław Fejdasz, Warsaw. See the legal information for details and contact.
The site provides information about the firm, publications and local features for drafting an enquiry or collaboration proposal free of charge. Using the site does not require an account.
Using the site
The agreement to use a free feature is concluded when you start using that feature. Use of a website feature begins at your request when you open the page or start the feature. You can end it at any time by closing the feature or leaving the site. The features are free of charge and do not require an account or submission of details to the firm. Downloads and copying take place on your device. The tools do not send messages or book appointments.
You need an internet connection and a current browser with HTTPS support. Interactive features require JavaScript. Downloading and copying require the corresponding browser capabilities.
You must not supply unlawful content, infringe anyone’s rights, circumvent access controls or interfere with the site.
Security and browser functions
Online risks include impersonation, misleading links and malicious software. Check the website address and the sender of a message. Agree a secure channel before sharing documents or matter information. Other applications or people using the same device may be able to access copied text.
Browser code runs navigation, animations and video and creates a file or copies text locally when requested. The browser may cache resources to load the site faster. See Cookies and settings for details.
Legal assistance and publications
Publications and other materials provide general information. Advice on an individual matter depends on the facts, the documents and current law. You may save and use the materials within the limits of applicable law.
Using the site, drafting an outline or making an enquiry does not mean that the practice has accepted an engagement or assumed responsibility for deadlines. Before accepting an engagement we assess whether we can act, including checking for conflicts, and agree the terms. Where a separate contract is subject to consumer protection rules, we supply the required information before it is concluded.
Complaints
You can report a problem with the site through the channel described in the legal information. Describe the issue and tell us how to reply. The URL and time of the issue can help.
We respond to consumer complaints on paper or another durable medium within 14 days of receipt unless a specific law provides otherwise. Article 7a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act sets out the consequences of a failure to reply. Other complaints are handled without undue delay.
Version and availability
You can download, save and print these terms and the privacy documents free of charge. We make revised terms available before they apply to changed features or future use. Mandatory rights and terms of separate contracts continue to apply.
