Tell me where the matter stands, what outcome you are looking for and whether you have a deadline. We can then agree what to discuss and choose a suitable meeting format. I work in Polish and English.
We agree the scope before work begins
Before starting, we agree what I will cover, what I will deliver and how fees will be handled. For a contract review, we can start with comments on the draft and a list of negotiation points. For a longer project, we agree milestones and decisions along the way.
